Quality Control

Quality Policy Statement

It is the policy of Aarsleff Piling to use a quality management system meeting the requirements of ISO 9001: 2000 as a normal part of business activity to fully and consistently meet the agreed contractual requirements of our clients.

The Directors and Senior Managers fully understand and endorse this policy, including the importance of continual review and improvement of all aspects of the business, thus achieving a reputation for excellence.

Core Values

Every area of the business operates with the following core values:

Safety

The Health and Safety of employees and those affected by our operations is of prime importance. This is reflected in a written safety policy. All staff are aware of the safe working practices that exist in their place of work and how their actions impact on others. Specific training relevant to their employment is given to each employee. A risk assessment is carried out on all tasks and best working practices are adopted. Improvement is achieved through continuing review and audit by internal and external bodies.

Integrity

All employees will demonstrate a consistent and professional approach to colleagues and clients. Employees will be reliable, decent and act at all times in a trustworthy manner. Effective working relationships will be developed which will promote openness, fairness, reliability and good communication. The company will comply with all relevant UK and European legislation.

Quality

All employees will work to the standards laid down in the externally audited QMS procedures. Each process will use best practice and all materials used will be of the highest quality appropriate to their use and with due regard to the environment and sustainability. Full traceability will exist as appropriate. Continuous improvement is a fundamental ethos.

Service

All employees will act in a manner that provides an excellent service to colleagues and clients. They will act in a timely, courteous, fair, accurate and efficient manner giving due consideration to the legal and contractual constraints that exist as well as the requirements of those to whom the service is being given. Continuous personal development is encouraged through the ‘Investors in People’ charter.

Aarsleff Piling is committed to maintaining high levels of quality; a continually improving organisation with trained capable personnel, and a good working environment.

This policy will be reviewed at each annual global review.
