Our policy of investing in people has established the dedicated Aarsleff Piling team, which, with its considerable wealth of invaluable piling knowledge and experience, is the company’s greatest and most valuable asset. The vast majority of staff have worked in the piling industry for many years, some over 25 years, and this extensive expertise is hugely beneficial when providing our valued clients with piling solutions, which can be tailored to specific requirements.

The Aarsleff Piling team works in close co-operation with its clients in a friendly and effective manner during all stages of a project: at tender stage to achieve the most economic and best value engineering solution; at pre-contract stage to ensure fast, efficient preparation of all documentation; and at contract stage to establish close liasion with the client at the site.

Following or during pile installation we can also carry out static and dynamic testing of the finished piles to confirm loadings for our clients using independent testing consultants.

Our fully committed and professional staff can assist you with all your piling needs from the design stage right through to installation of piles on your particular project.

We have qualified and experienced Engineering Design staff that would work with you to produce the best and most cost effective design for your projects. Estimating Engineers with a wealth of experience in this field can guide and advise you towards the best solution for your chosen project as well as providing design back up for our Design Engineers. One of our Sales Team will visit you to discuss your needs at anytime and aid your project to a swift effective conclusion.

Within our excellent Contracts Department fully qualified and experienced Contract Engineers are assigned to your project on receipt of order. This Contract Engineer will be your point of contact throughout your project ensuring its smooth running and solving any unforeseen problems that the project might encounter.

Our piling rigs are staffed by directly employed trained experienced Rig Drivers and Top men who are conversant with all our safety, quality and environmental procedures.

Health & Safety, Quality Management and Environmental issues are controlled in house by our STEQ Manager and his team.

Last but not least all the above are assisted by a fine team of administrators who are able to support all our technical staff thereby ensuring a high level of customer/client satisfaction in all our contracts.

The Health and Safety of employees and those affected by our operations is of prime importance. This is reflected in a written safety policy. All staff are aware of the safe working practices that exist in their place of work and how their actions impact on others. Specific training relevant to their employment is given to each employee. A risk assessment is carried out on all tasks and best working practices are adopted. Improvement is achieved through continuing review and audit by internal and external bodies.

All employees will work to the standards laid down in the externally audited QMS procedures. Each process will use best practice and all materials used will be of the highest quality appropriate to their use and with due regard to the environment and sustainability. Where appropriate full traceability will exist. Continuous improvement is a fundamental ethos.

Service

All employees will act in a manner that provides an excellent service to colleagues and clients. They will act in a timely, courteous, fair, accurate and efficient manner giving due consideration to the legal and contractual constraints that exist as well as the requirements of those to whom the service is being given.
