Aarsleff Appoints New General Manager

Aarsleff UK, one of the UK’s leading contractors of driven piles, is pleased to announce that Kevin Hague has been appointed as General Manager – an appointment which represents promotion for Kevin, who joined Aarsleff in 2014 as Piling Manager.

Kevin has been one of the key driving forces behind Aarsleff’s successful growth strategy, having brought with him a wealth of industry knowledge that has also helped the Company open new market sectors and business opportunities.

Speaking about the appointment Chris Primett, Managing Director of Aarsleff said: “From his arrival Kevin established himself as an integral member of the Aarsleff team, he is quickly getting to grips with all areas of the Company’s business operations. His promotion to General Manager will give him the authority and freedom to execute his many exciting plans that are in-line with the Company’s growth strategy.”

Kevin has long been involved in the foundations sector having joined Aarsleff from BAUER Technologies Ltd., where he was Operations Manager, responsible for a number of large-scale projects and prior to that he was Operations Manager at Cementation Skanska, working within the Ground Engineering, London and Major Project Divisions. Kevin has worked in many market sectors, however most notably recently delivering major infrastructure projects on the Cross Rail programme and the Thameslink upgrade programme for Network Rail.

On his promotion Kevin said: “It’s an exciting time for Aarsleff with an enormous number of opportunities available for the business to grow and further establish itself as a major UK player in the driven piling sector. With the support of our European sister companies, our resource and knowledge-base is second-to-none, and has already been put to good use on a number of UK projects such as Mersey Gateway. The role will be consistently challenging but we have a great team here at Aarsleff and together we will be a success.”
