These meet the criteria for comparatively light axial loadings as required by Housing Developers and House Builders.
The flexibility of our precast concrete piling system and efficient piling rigs provides us with numerous options to meet the needs of Housing Developers and House Builders tailoring solutions to meet our clients specific wishes on both Greenfield and Brownfield sites.
These can range from just a handful of short piles for housing projects such as a small development by J S Bloor Homes at Stoke on Trent for 10 piles 9m long up to thousands of piles on large housing estate developments such as those at Portishead and St Mary’s Island Chatham.
To complement our piling systems for our House Building Developer customers we are also able to provide ground beams as part of our package.
