Description
Aarsleff Piling, one of the country’s leading piling specialists, require a Health & Safety Adviser who also has a strong interest in quality and environmental management systems.
Qualifications
The successful candidate will ideally be qualified with a minimum of a NEBOSH Construction Certificate or be a Technician Member of IOSH (Tech IOSH), up to date knowledge of H & S legislation, have significant experience within the construction sector and be a logical, probing and forceful individual who seeks perfection in a calm and dependable way. Duties will include the continual development of safe systems of work and the auditing of the effectiveness of those systems, develop and facilitate safety related training, assisting the Standards and Training Administrator, etc.
The position will be based at our Newark head office but will involve extensive travel around the mainland UK to visit our piling sites on both building and civil engineering projects.

The role will benefit from a salary commensurate with the candidate’s competence, profit related bonus scheme, fully expensed company car, pension contributions, private medical and life cover and a generous holiday allowance inclusive of a long week-end scheme, all in accordance with the Company’s standard staff conditions.
