Description
This role involves the vetting of incoming enquiries, assessing all technical issues, preparing preliminary pile designs and accurate cost estimates using the company computer software and procedures. Following preparation of a detailed proposal and submission the role includes the review and negotiations with our clients to achieve a contract award.
Qualifications
It is anticipated that applicants will have a construction based background preferable with geotechnical appreciation/training and have a systematic approach to assessing client\'s requirements. Piling experience would be an advantage although not essential as full structured traing will be provided.
Package
The position is based at our Newark Office from which the company operates throughout the United Kingdom.
This package will benefit from a salary commensurate with candidate competence, profit related bonus scheme, fully expensed company car, pension contributions, private medical and life cover and a generous holiday allowance inclusive of a long weekend scheme, all in accordance with this company standard staff conditions.
